simple NixOs flake config

configures plasma, kitty and neovim. This also sets up ssh and eduroam for Milan; you will of course need to have the right keys, which are not included.

this is made for a amd+nvidia laptop, any other config will need to patch it to run it effectively

the wallpaper and any other assets will be added to the assets branch
